Ballistic
- Pressure resistant over 8 500 PSI
- Compressive Strength (ASTM C-109)
- Zero penetrations in certified testing
BallistiCrete™ is a revolutionary, bullet-proof and multi-hazardous coating product, certified to resist VPAM 9. One product. One coat. Multi-hazard protection.
BallistiCrete™ is an organic mixture of mineral binders, high-quality fillers, and fibers with exceptional impact resistance, based on PlasterMax technologies. Its superior ceramic-like strength is designed to flatten a projectile rapidly upon impact, creating greater resistance to penetration.
The only product on the market combining advanced ballistic protection, fire protection, heat insulation and sustainability — all in one coating.
* Test conducted on 8×8×16 CMU block coated with 12 mm BallistiCrete™, fully cured. Continuous propane flame applied for 65 minutes with thermocouple monitoring throughout.
BallistiCrete™ creates multi-hazard protection with a hard, ceramic-like finish. No unusual or identifiable materials. No toxic ingredients. No Portland cement.
Ensure CMU or substrate is clean, sound, and free of loose material or contaminants.
Fasten 3.4 gauge expanded metal lath with power-actuated fasteners at 40 × 18 cm grid.
Mix on-site with standard equipment. Combine B3 Activator with the plaster bag — 4–5 min until smooth.
Trowel or spray to half depth, embed mesh, then second coat to full specification.
Steel-trowel to a hard ceramic, natural-looking finish. Cured after 5 days.
BallistiCrete™ can be installed during or after OEM production of container modules — on doors, walls, floors and ceilings — to create a multi-hazard protective cocoon. Once installed, a protected container module cannot be distinguished from an ordinary one. Invisible protection.
BallistiCrete™ re-enforces existing structures by retrofitting — improving ballistic and multi-hazard protection without demolition. Faster, cost-effective, and more sustainable than purpose-built ballistic constructions. Minimally disrupting facility operations — critical for active sites.
Watch BallistiCrete™ being mixed, applied and ballistically tested. The same hard, ceramic-like coating that flattens a projectile on impact is mixed on-site from a 34 kg bag with standard equipment.
Zero penetrations in certified testing. Used by US Military. NATO compliant.
No structural degradation, cracking or spalling. Non-combustible with zero flame spread.
Suitable for new containers and retrofit buildings. No unusual materials or equipment.
No emission of pollutants after impact or fire. No smoke, flames or VOCs.
At minimum 98% silica-free. No Portland cement. No health risk during installation.
Greenguard certified. Does not support mold or mildew growth (ASTM G21).
Hard ceramic, natural-looking finish — invisible protection inside the wall.
Reduction of energy costs for climatising container modules and buildings.
